Monthly reconciliation of up to 2 bank or credit card accounts
Up to 50 transactions processed per month
Basic income and expense tracking
Processing of up to 5 supplier bills and 5 client invoices
Monthly tidy-up of accounts in Xero
Best suited to sole traders or small businesses or organisations with low transaction volume who want the basics handled properly and consistently.
Standard Bookkeeping
$750 + GST
Weekly reconciliation of up to 2 accounts
Up to 100 transactions processed per month
Income and expense tracking tailored to your business
Processing of up to 15 supplier bills and 15 client invoices
Tracking of outstanding invoices and bills
Monthly Profit & Loss report
Ongoing bookkeeping maintenance and review
Best suited to businesses or organisations with regular transactions who want clearer visibility over cash flow and less time spent on financial admin.
Bookkeeping Add-Ons
These can be added to either bookkeeping package as needed:
Payroll – up to 5 employees: $250 + GST per month
Payroll – up to 10 employees: $400 + GST per month
GST preparation & filing: from $120+ GST per return
Additional bank or credit card accounts: scoped as neededHigher transaction volumes: scoped by discussion
If transaction volumes regularly exceed package limits, support will be reviewed to ensure accuracy and sustainability.
