Business Admin Support
For Small Businesses & Not For Profits
Move Forward
Do the work you’re best at
You took on admin to get your business moving
Now it's the handbrake slowing your momentum
Did you start your business or not-for-profit by figuring things out as you went?
Taking a DIY approach to admin doesn’t mean you’re incapable. It means you were working with limited time and resources, focused on the work you’re genuinely good at.
At the start you had more capacity than demand, but there's a swing now and demand has trumped your capacity. You're suffering from spending more time on admin, and less time on your core work.
Emails, reporting, applications. Invoices, reconciling, GST. Social posts, newsletters, website updates.
Yep, they are all important and all necessary. But it's all pulling you away from the role that actually needs you. Or the admin has moved beyond your skill set. Either way doing it all yourself is no longer sustainable.
Outsourcing your admin means you gain back your time and creates capacity to move forward. When the emails, reporting, paperwork, and systems keep moving, you get back to focusing on the work you’re actually there to do.
If you're at this point, it's time to take off the handbrake.
What working together looks like
Outsourcing admin helps your business or organisation operate in the way you saw it heading in the first place. My approach to working with you is keeping the admin practical, consistent, and aligned with your values so your vision is not pulled off track.
I provide business admin and bookkeeping support for small businesses and not-for-profits who need reliable help without the overhead of employing someone. By supporting the day-to-day admin, I help keep things moving without pulling focus away from the work that brings in revenue, delivers results, or keeps your organisation on track.
I take care of the admin so you don’t have to carry it.
I work alongside business owners, boards, and committees to take care of things like:
Day-to-day admin support
Bookkeeping and accounts support
Systems and process tidy-ups
Communication and foundational social media support
I don't assume you can't do the work.
But I do understand that your time and skills are better spent on the role you’re actually there to do.
When admin isn’t slowing you down, it stops being a constant source of pressure. You have more time and energy for the work you’re genuinely good at, with confidence that the admin and bookkeeping are being handled properly in the background.

A constant source of support
Zoe played a key role in improving our school systems and how our board meetings were run. She strengthened our agendas, minute taking, and communication with the school community.

A game changer
We’ve seen a huge shift — from having no real online presence, no consistent posting, and zero engagement, to now having active social platforms, strong engagement, and increased customer flow. As someone who isn’t naturally comfortable with technology or social media, I felt completely supported every step of the way.

Frequently asked questions
How does outsourcing admin actually work?
We start with a chat about what your admin pain points are and where it’s getting in the way. From there, we agree on the type of support, expected hours, and capacity. You’ll grant access to the systems I need to work in (such as email, documents, or accounting software), with permissions agreed upfront.
We agree on the best communication method and frequency. I’ll keep you updated on what’s being worked on, with summaries as agreed, so you always know what’s happening without having to manage the details.
How do you keep information and passwords secure?
Confidentiality and security are non-negotiable. I use secure systems and password management tools, and access is always agreed upfront. Sensitive information, including financial and governance documents, is handled with care and discretion.
How flexible is the support?
Support can be ongoing or short-term, depending on what you need. Services can be scaled up, down, or adjusted as your workload changes. The aim is to provide support that fits your reality, not lock you into something that no longer makes sense.
Is outsourcing admin more cost-effective than hiring someone?
For many small businesses and not-for-profits, yes. Outsourcing gives you experienced support without the additional costs of employing staff, such as wages, leave, equipment, or office space. You only pay for the support you need, when you need it with 100% productivity.
What systems or software do you use, and do you work remotely?
I work mostly remotely, using your existing systems and tools wherever possible. Support is always provided following your guidelines, preferences, and quality standards, so you maintain full control over decision-making at all times.
Where clients are local, I do try to meet in person where possible for a catch-up and to get to know you better — but on-site support isn’t required for ongoing work. Access is agreed upfront, and I work within your processes rather than imposing new ones unless we’ve agreed to change them.
